First released in 2014, the critically acclaimed game features elements of both a side-scroller and a role-playing. You can control two characters at once, and will be able to switch between them and other characters in reserve.

It’s available across two generations of PlayStations and Xbox, and it’s also available on two handhelds, the PlayStation Vita and Nintendo Switch. That latter one was a lot more recent, being released only in 2018. It was also thought to be getting a sequel, but that plan seems to have fallen through. All in all, it’s a pretty worthwhile game to pick up, especially now that it is free. Only the base game is free though, so if you want the complete experience, you’ll still have to pay for the DLCs. Though if you do so currently, there are discounts going on that will allow you to pick them up for less than their usual cost. (Source: Ubisoft / Twitter)
