Featuring a design implementation called Dynamic Holographic on its back, the new phone also comes with a 6.26-inch Full HD+ display alongside 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. Together with accelerated graphics capability through its GPU Turbo 3.0 feature, the HONOR 20 Pro also features graphene cooling sheet that help cools down the phone. Just like its previous flagship, the View20, the new HONOR 20 Pro also features a punch-hole selfie camera that comes with a 32MP sensor and f/2.0 lens. True to the rumours, the phone does indeed come with a quad camera system on its back.
Included in the rather elaborate camera system is a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor which is paired together with a f/1.4 lens, optical image stabilization (OIS), electronic image stabilization, AI image stabilization, and laser autofocus. It is also equipped with 16MP f/2.2 super wide-angle camera that also offers 117-degrees point of view. Naturally, there’s also an OIS-supported telephoto camera in the system which features 8MP sensor and f/2.4 lens with 3x optical zoom, 5x hybrid zoom, and 30x digital zoom capabilities. Last but not least, a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera completes the quad camera setup on HONOR 20 Pro.
In terms of battery, HONOR 20 Pro comes standard with a 4000mAh battery. Through the company’s own SuperCharge fast charging technology, the phone is able to achieve 50% of its battery charge with just 30 minutes of charging time. The phone is also able to deliver virtual 9.1 surround sound output that apparently works on virtually any headphones and earphones. Price-wise, the HONOR 20 Pro carries a price tag of EU 599 (about RM 2,795) but of course, it is likely to cost less in Malaysia. We’ll keep you updated once we hear more regarding its availability and pricing in our market from the folks at HONOR.
