Regardless of whether you want to signal for help or provide information for food banks in your neighbourhood, all you need to do is pin the location on the map and fill in the required details. If the listing contains a phone number, users that want to respond to the call for help or find more information about the listed food banks can directly contact the person behind it. They can also open the location on Google Maps directly from Kita Jaga Malaysia or utilise its share option to spread the listing through their social media and other contacts. At the moment, Kita Jaga Malaysia’s user interface is rather rudimentary, which is not exactly surprising given that the web app was just conceived last weekend according to Terato’s founder, Reza Razali. He also pointed out that the team is still looking for help to populate the web app with details of food banks.
