In case you are not aware of it, telcos are not allowed to perform installation at customer’s home or premise during the on-going Movement Control Order (MCO) period. For now, they can only perform such work if it doesn’t involved going into one’s home or at locations that deemed critical such as hospitals and clinics. Furthermore, customers will not be charged for the 4G data usages. That being said, Maxis did say in the T&C document for the Pre-Installation Internet Package that if customers used more than 300GB in a month, the telco might reduce their video streaming quality during peak hours.
