The gimbal features a cradle that accommodates smartphones up to 88mm wide, so phones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and the Huawei Mate 20 Pro can fit in the cradle comfortably. What makes this gimbal different from other comparable products is its compact form. It can fold itself in half, reducing the amount of space needed to store the Moza Mini-S. Like the recent DJI Osmo Mobile 2, it has a 1/4-inch tripod hole at the bottom of the handle. The internal 2200mAh battery can last eight hours on a single charge. Controls for the Moza Mini-S is handled by a dedicated joystick within reach of the thumb, and a few additional buttons to control zoom, recording and mode change. Shooting modes out of the box include support for tracking objects, time-lapse, a Vertigo Mode zooming effect, and an Inception Mode that replicates the rotation seen in the movie Inception. The extendable arm on the Moza Mini-S meanwhile adds 30cm to the gimbal for overhead shots. This is useful to record video from a different POV. Neither price nor availability plans has been confirmed, but it is expected to start shipping sometime in March. (Source: Newsshooter via DPreview)
