Poopdie is developed by Bulbware, and seems to have been announced in early 2018. It features a worm that creates minions out of its own bodily waste, that helps it fight against enemies and destroy obstacles. That alone should explain why Apple thinks it’s too crude for its Apple Store. Oddly enough, Poopdie is listed as for ages 12 and up. While it does have the cartoony art style, all the references to bottoms, farts and excrement makes Apple’s decision kind of obvious. So it begs the question, is it even possible for Bulbware make this game, err, clean enough for the App Store? Will they even bother to try?
