The display was initially announced last year along with the LG UltraGear 45GR95QE, which basically features the same specs but is equipped with a larger 45-inch ultrawide panel instead. Unfortunately, the company has yet to confirm whether the latter model is expected to be released in Malaysia. The LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor packs a 27-inch anti-glare and low-reflection OLED panel with 2,560 x 1440 pixel QHD resolution, the aforementioned 240 Hz refresh rate, and 0.03 ms (GTG) response time. It has a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1 and DCI-P3 color gamut coverage of 98.5%, which ensures for deep, detailed and lifelike images on-screen – especially for watching videos and gaming. While it does come with DTS HP:X support, the monitor does not feature any built-in speakers. Other features available on the monitor includes variable refresh rate (VRR) functionality, as well as NVIDIA G-SYNC and FreeSync Premium compatibility. Connectivity-wise, the LG UltraGear 27GR95QE has two HDMI 2.1 ports, a single DisplayPort 1.4 port, and a 4-pole headphone jack. Besides that, it also comes with an included remote control that provides users with quick and easy display management tools, and also programmable hotkeys for convenience. The LG UltraGear 27GR95QE Gaming Monitor is available for pre-order at RM 4,497 via the brand’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada starting today until 12 February 2023. The company adds that customers who purchase the display during this period are also entitled to receive a free LG UltraGear canvas bag and water bottle.
