Red Dead Redemption 2 On Pc Is Broken For Many Gamers

For what it’s worth, Rockstar has already released a patch that should remedy issues related to its launcher. That said, TechRadar reports that some players have managed to get to the splash screen, only for the game to crash there.

But even with the latest drivers, the problems seem to persist. The game seems to have issues with inconsistent framerates too. And then there are other gripes that are very minor in comparison, such as not getting steady 60fps in 4K and Ultra settings. All in all, it may not be a good idea to get Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC just yet. For what it’s worth, while it’s now available on Rockstar’s launcher and the Epic Games Store, it will only hit Steam in December.
