The Galaxy A71 – listed as SM-A715F/DS – has been approved by SIRIM on 7 January 2020, about 3 weeks after the A51 had received its certification. Like the previously approved model, the listing specifies that the A71 supports various LTE bands, NFC and dual sim support.
As a refresher, the Samsung Galaxy A71 features a 6.7-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a centered punch-hole selfie camera cutout. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730 SoC, has between 6GB and 8GB RAM, and 128GB of expandable storage. The phone is equipped with a 4500mAh battery that supports 25W fast-charging. The Galaxy A51 and A71 will feature One UI 2 based on Android 10 operating system. In terms of mobile photography, the Galaxy A71 sports a quad-camera module comprises of a 64MP sensor, 12MP ultra-wide, 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera. Housed in the Infinity-O display’s punch-hole cutout is a 32MP selfie camera.
