First launched back in April, the IATA Travel Pass is designed to help travellers manage and store their COVID-19 test results as well as vaccinations certificate. Lab App which is one of the four key modules within the app made it possible for authorised labs and test centres to securely send test results and vaccination certificates directly to IATA Travel Pass. Additionally, users can also obtain the location of the nearest authorised test and vaccination centres from the app. Malaysia Airlines is already testing the IATA Travel Pass since early this year and is currently working to integrate some of the modules into its own app. According to the announcement by Selangkah Ventures, 13 partner clinics in Klang Valley have since been authorised to provide COVID-19 test for IATA Travel Pass.
