The trailer suggests four playable characters – Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark and Captain boomerang. There’s no gameplay here, but the trailer gives an idea of what each character of the Suicide Squad plays like. Harley Quinn has her signature baseball bat, while Deadshot has his wrist-mounted cannons and a jetpack. King Shark has cleavers and a gun, and Captain Boomerang has, well, his boomerang. At the end of the reveal trailer, we see Superman. But something is clearly wrong, as his eyes are glowing, and he kills a helicopter pilot he went through the trouble of saving. The trailer ends with a comedic showing of Suicide Squad realising who they have been tasked to kill. There’s no denying that the premise here is a funny one. But until more gameplay gets revealed, there’s not much else to get excited over. And all things considered, that could take awhile.
