After deciding on a destination, Waze will now supply you with details such as the different alternate routes available for the journey, the potential obstructions that you may encounter on each provided route, the total cost you need to prepare when using tolled roads, and more.
According to the platform, this update will also supply you with answers to help you to decide which option is best for your upcoming trip. “From now on you’ll be getting ‘the why’ in your trip preview, so you’ll know Waze is making the best recommendation,” Waze wrote on its blog. The upgraded Trip Preview is available in the latest version of the platform’s mobile app on both iOS and Android devices.
